What happened?

I had a sample of this and loved it. But like at least one other reviewer, the full size that I ordered was dried out, as if someone had used it and sent it back! Perhaps this is a fulfillment issue, but I wonder, since it has happened more than once.

This mascara is rich, gives short lashes volume. It’s not smudge proof. Especially in hot weather.

Brush is too big for small Asian lashes

The brush is huge for my lashes, so product can all over the eye area. I have the mini, too, and it is easier to get a clean look. I'm not sure if the formula is the same, but it breaks down within a few hours. The regular one lasts better. I have oily skin, so I have be careful to use the right formula.

One coat lengthening mascara with an improved brush. The only thingt to be improved is the raccoon eye in the afternoon.
