Le Creuset 5.5 Dutch oven

This is a very good quality Dutch oven for stews etc. You can start to brown ingredients on the stove and then it is "oven proof" so you can put it in oven for hours to get a delicious stew etc.

I am not sure how I have lived without one!

I have always wanted one of these and finally just bit the bullet. Since, I don’t think I have gone a week without using it. It is beautiful, easy to clean and great to cook in. It has replaced my crock pot, my heavy saucepan and in some instances my skillet. I just keep it on my stove almost as a decoration. I got the flame and it is a beautiful red orange,

Le Creuset Dutch Oven

I have my Le Creuset dutch oven for almost 30 years. It is my go-to for soups, roasts, large pots of sauces, even pork chops with apples. It is sturdy, easy cleans, and cooks evenly and perfectly every time. Plus, the colors are beautiful. It looks great on the stove while cooking and to the table for serving, and can be transferred to the oven when needed.
