Does not fit 8x10 photo

I tried placing an 8x10 photo in this frame upon receiving it, and it would not fit. I tried a second, wondering if the original photo was misshapen. That also did not fit. As the frame is not inexpensive, I am planning to return it rather than trim a photo down to fit the odd size.
